Wish it was so. Companies still find endorsing online education. Somehow, they feel that online education does not give the same impactful education as face-to-face instructor led education does. We do not understand why companies feel this way. Online education is almost the same as regular education. It is a much more convenient form of it. Why should companies recognize online education?
Online education is as competitive as regular education
You might have seen a lot many online education providers offering distance education through online mode. When you take a look at the curriculum, you know that it looks very good. In fact better than what regular education providers give.
And there are interactive sessions everyday as well. An instructor records his or her lectures and beams it to students. Students can view these lectures either live, or at their own time. Students have the benefit of learning well in this mode. They can stop the recording, take notes, and start the recording again.
Students can also post questions to teachers on the forum. They get multimedia replies, in the form of text, and videos. This is a much better way of giving answers to questions, than what happens in a regular classroom.
Online education can get companies the best of talent
Many bright students shy away from college citing financial reasons. Online education is the answer for such students. They can get quality education at low college fee. This would not have been possible if the student were to take up full-time regular education. Companies can also get such bright students from online campuses.
